What is your return policy for sports equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, some climbing and protective equipment may be final sale.

Yes, Rocky Mountain ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

How do I know which size is right for me?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your results to our charts for the most accurate fit.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Most of our high-performance gear comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear from extreme use is not covered.
